Fitness Classes

Fitness classes at IHM on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. over at the Grand Hall.

The class contains Low Impact, easy steps to work on cardio along with stretching, balancing and muscular endurance.

First class is FREE
