Are you wondering how to vote as a Catholic?

A couple of things to consider---

1. Register to vote. If you go to this website, you can make sure that your registration is correct or register if you haven't already. October 12 is the final day to register for the November election.

2. Read Catholic information concerning this election.  Archbishop Carlson has written several articles for the St. Louis Review in recent weeks and just about everything you need to know has been covered in them.  You can check the Review archives for more information, if you haven't seen those articles. They were published under the heading Before the Cross. You can find the first one here:

3. Be informed. We all need to listen to the candidates rather than relying on 2nd or 3rd hand information, passed around like the children's Telephone game. This certainly is not an easy option but it may be the best to find out exactly what the candidates believe and intend to push if elected.

4. Pray.  There will be another prayer hour at Immaculate Heart on the Monday preceeding the election, November 7, in the church at 7:00 pm.  Please join us and feel free to bring friends and relatives.

Hope to see you there!
